As a matter of further interest, Chuq's reply is in digest number 191,
apparently mailed on 4th January at 15:26:57 PST. Richard's original post
is in digest number 189, timed a few minutes before at 15:03:32. Paul's
responses to BOTH posts is in digest number 190, timed at 14:11:24. I can
well believe that my ISP's mail server makes up its own dates for
messages, but the structural order of the digests is really strange.
