I sometimes receive digests out of sequence and often receive off-list
replies before I get the digest containing the message which is being
reponded to. But when I get a reply to a message I'm still composing
I try to ignore it. It only encourages the voices. At least it helps
me to wrap things up if I'm unsure how to conclude my post.
