load script w/ 9.1

i have a script that loads a compiled script using 'load script', under OS
9.0.4 all is well, after updating to OS 9.1, anything that is directed
toward the loaded script caused the machine to hang. i am getting the same
results on both my powerbook and iMac.

anyone have this probelm and/or a resolution?
