If you get TomeViewer from the MacFixit library or versiontracker, you can
get AppleScript extension 1.3.7 and AppleScriptLib out of the Tome in the OS
8.6 installation files.

Actually, you can probably find these extensions in the system folder on the install CD. This is the system folder that the computer boots from when booting from the CD. Of course, if you need the Script Editor and associated stuff, you can use the tome viewer as suggested above, or do a custom install.
