1) Was there eventually an OS 8.6 CD? I had an 8.5.1 CD and and an 8.6
download upgrade. That's why I suggested the method I gave. If he has an 8.6
CD then he could use Tome Viewer directly on the Tome in the Install Files
there. - OR -

I'm not sure if Apple ever released a CD for 8.6. My bad.
