I need to install it onto a Beige G3 running 8.6.

The easiest way to do this will be to download the 8.6 updater (if you don't have it already) and either do a custom install of AppleScript, or extract AppleScript from the tome using Tome Viewer.

I doubt that you'll find a freestanding installer anywhere for AS 1.3.7.
