Has Hexadecimal use been discontinued in the programming world?
Don't you worry. Hex is alive and well. There's even freaks
who like to use octal which always makes me crosseyed.
Applescript doesn't handle the conversion between the two but
it doesn't matter much. The symbols for the numeric range
from 0-255 or 00-FF still represent the same thing.
Base 10 or Base 16 Base 2 or Base 8 it's all just numbers.
