Field Type Reporting in FMP

Although its simple to report the data type (Text, Number) of fields in
FMP, and simple to determine if a field is a calc)
I've never found a way to report on the following:
1. Field Type (Summary, Date vs Time)
2. Certain Options: Specifically, Indexing, Storage, Auto-Enter
(w/formula)

Has anyone found a way to grab this info from FMP4 OR 5?
