Install OSA Menu (Freeware from www.lazerware.com) and assign a key combo to the script (done by naming the script in a special way). For example, a scirpt named "script\F+C" would launch with the key combination Cmd-Ctrl-f. The general scheme is in the docs that comes with OSA Menu.

There are other options: use OneClick, QuicKeys, other macro software. But OSA menu (lite version) ships with the OS, so you should have it already.
