Hi there. I have some scripts to copy a folder of files I have to backup

OK...

I was wondering how you stuff a folder. I have the path of the folder, but
you have to stuff an alias, and it can't change a folder into an alias. So
I am stuck.

First thing you do is GET RID of StuffIt Lite. It's VERY old and VERY dated - and NOT very compatible with newer versions of the Mac OS.

Second, get a copy of my DropStuff (<http://www.aladdinsys.com/dropstuff/index.html>) , which includes the StuffIt Engine.

Third, grab my StuffIt Commands OSAX (<http://www.lazerware.com/software.html>) and script that.
