Turn off the Startup Screen. (By the way, the comment in the startup
screen comes from the Description in the script editor window, and
sometimes that is handy for giving instructions.

You can turn this off in the Script Editor when you do Save as (in Script
Editor 1.5.5 it defaults to off or that is something I did sometime), once
you select Script Application (Classic applet or Mac OS X applet in
new-enough versions).

It can also be turned off later, any time. While the startup dialog of the
applet is up, uncheck "Use startup screen" in the applet's File menu.

So you can give a user instructions, and when she's tired of reading them
she can turn them off.
