tell Sherlock to find file?

  • Subject: tell Sherlock to find file?

I am new to this list and have the following question:

I would like to tell Sherlock to find a file whose name I know exactly.
I was told that a Sherlock script can only 'Find by content'; if this is true, I wonder why such a basic thing like find file by name is not possible!.

If Sherlock refuses this, can I, in a kind of scripted remote-control, paste the file name into the edit field of Sherlock and then ask to select an item in the Find menu?
