running a script once a day

  • Subject: running a script once a day

Which way would be less "crash prone" and less demanding on the system (or
is there another way that's better?) for running a backup script once a day?

1. iDo Script Scheduler

2. Using a "sleep until" command such as in Eric Allen Grant's Sleep
Commands.

thanks for any advice.
