Just you (and probably some others). What I see is (placing extra spaces so it won't be decoded for you):
= ? iso-8859-1 ? Q ? = AB event ? = = ? iso-8859-1 ? Q ? _ ? =
= ? iso-8859-1 ? Q ? sysonfo4 =BB ?=

That doesn't look particularly fine to me.

Of course, they are still mangled in the message body:

> +event sysonfo4;

Here I see a plus sign and a semicolon.

From where I sit, nothing's changed.
