Yes.

Since you didn't offer much in the way of what your scripts do, I'll take a stab at what might be causing your problems. These are 2 of the more common causes of scripts breaking since 9.1 was released.

It may be a result of disabled Security libraries (these need to be in the Extensions folder). There are 5 of them which are necessary for some scripts to continue to work (those relying on Standard Additions).

Security Cert Module
Security Library
Security Manager
Security Policy Module
Security Storage Module

The scripting of Remote Access has also been changed, so, if your scripts are related to RA, they may need rewritten to use Network Setup Scripting (should be in the Scripting Additions folder). More info can be found here:
