I installed applescript 1.6 US version in a spanish system version and it
seems to work properly, but not essencial differences with 1.5.5 (blinking
menubar persists).
The big problem may be with *OSA Menu & using shortcuts* (later a short
observation), which executes the scripts several times (two, three), and
then -usually- crashes the system.

Low to High difficult questions:

Does the problem exists with lower OSA Menu versions? (i.e. 1.2.1.)
Can I assign shortcuts to OtherMenu items? (move scripts to OtherMenu)
Does anybody know how make work Akua Sweets command
