They *know* what the requirements are. They know what the feature requests
are. They know what the bugs are.
I was part of the first attempt to gather a list of scripting bugs for
Quark. That was, IIRC, somewhere around 1994. Shane would remember that one.
Many of those bugs still exist. Many people are still reporting bugs to
Quark. The lists coincide.
If the NYT can bring some weight to bear, great, but I doubt many of us
will be holding our breath. Good luck! We'll be pulling for you.
