You're picking up Applescript from one of the foreign language versions
in OS X. I forget where it is located, though; it took me quite a while
to locate it. Once you locate it, stuff the package that encloses all
those versions (deleting the originals), delete the preferences file with
that gibberish name, then rebuild the desktop. That should fix the
problem. After all that is done, you can unstuff the package.
