You can open an application's dictionary by dragging its icon to Script
Editor's icon. Or you can use the "Open Dictionary" option from Script
Editor's File menu.

Unless coding is in your genes, using the dictionaries will not be
intuitive. For a pretty good introduction to interpreting dictionaries,
look at Chapter 4 ("Commands") of the AppleScript Language Guide, which
is available online from a link on Apple's AppleScript page (<http://www.apple.com/applescript/>).
