Font Script

I am trying to write a script that will, on a daily basis go to the
system fonts folder select all fonts in the folder, deselect Charcoal,
Chicago, Geneva, Georgia, Monaco, New York and then trash all. But if
script editor is running you are not able to trash any system fonts. Any
help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
