Hello:
I'm hoping I will be forgiven for what is probably a breach of list
etiquette...
I've already posted twice fairly recently on the same subject, but I'm
still hoping for additional comment and response.
Simply stated, Missing Link is an AppleScript droplet that permits the
launch of (other) on-disk 'aplt' AppleScripts from links on local HTML
pages - using either Netscape or Explorer. However, it does NOT enable
their use from 'remote' Web pages. The linked target script MUST already
reside on the user's disk.
Missing Link also writes simple links for on-disk files (and scripts) and
makes it comparatively easy for a user to create a Home page (or multiple
pages) with links that access 'mixed content' - on-disk files, script
functions, web addresses, etc.
The actual output of Missing Link is not very glamorous - a simple Index
page of links pointing to the various files, scripts or destinations -
but the pages generated can be readily edited with a text or HTML editor
to create something more useful.
Missing Link is described in more detail at:

Thanks Again for Any/All Comments and Input.
