TCP/IP Administration mode

Hi folks,

I'm a newbie to the list, but am dying to use Applescript to change TCP/IP panel settings. I am a technology specialist at a middle school in PA. My district still uses static IP addressing, so when we were given the task of changing all of the computer's IP addresses, this seems a daunting task.

I password protect the TCP/IP panel in my school using the administration mode and a password. I have the sample TCP/IP script that comes with the AppleScript guidebook. However, I need to have the script insert the administration password to open the panel. What kind of scripting would I need to do?

Thanks,
