And, to add insult to irony, the latest version of Appleworks, AW6, doesn't support Pub/Sub. (I've even known it to crash when trying to save documents converted from AW5 that use Pub/Sub.) In fact, Pub/Sub appears to be going the way of the dodo, since MS Office 2001 doesn't support it, nor does Adobe Illust. 9, while Adobe Illust. 8 did.

Ironically enough, Microsoft Office for the Macintosh is also one of the few
apps that support Publish and Subscribe.
