There was a namespace conflict with Akua's 'disk volume' prior to v1.43 but
this doesn't look like it. Smile's 'find definition for' is good for finding
what's got dibs on a term.

It certainly doesn't affect everyone and I'm wondering if it's perhaps
specific to non English OS.
