Acrobat 5, Save as PDF?

OK,
I can modify a PDF in Acrobat 5, then
save it to a new file at a new location
as both EPS and Postscript, etc.
However, I still can't seem to save
it as a new PDF. Has anybody figured
this out or can it even be done? Surely
this can be accomplished. Shane or
somebody please assist.....Thanks in
advance
