1) Save the script into the Startup Disk:System Folder:Scripts:Folder Action
Scripts: folder.

2) Right-click on the folder to which you want to attach the script, and
choose Attach a Folder Action... From the contextual menu.

3) Navigate to the Folder Action Scripts folder and choose the script.
