Thanks, I appreciate the comment.

However, unless I am mistaken, I can't seem to get the file synchronisation
control panel to delete items from the backup folder that have been deleted
from the master folder. This is a rather significant oversight of the
authors of that program.

Of course if I am mistaken, I'm certainly keen to hear about it, but I'm
pretty sure I'm not. Also, I wonder if it handles invisible items.
