Surely URL Access supports ASCII mode FTP . . .Doesn't it?

I donno just how to do it but basic FTP supports ASCII mode which will replace line ends with the ones appropriate to the machine on which the file is to be stored.

If URL Access doesn't handle it look at Interarchy instead. It surely does.
