Hello again, and sorry for the interruption. We've had quite the ISP nightmare here in the past month; we're finally getting the pieces put back together. (Lesson: full redundancy is best, with an alternate ISP for DNS, email and Web.)
www.prefabsoftware.com can now be reached by some people; that and the original www.prefab.com should be completely back on the air in another day or so once the DNS changes work their way around the 'Net.
Email may take a bit longer; use email@hidden in the meantime. If you emailed someone at prefab.com in the past month and didn't get an answer, please send it directly to me.
I apologize for any inconvenience to our customers (or would-be customers). PreFab has been shipping Player since August 1994. We're still here; still offer a free trial version; and we still answer email promptly -- if we get it!
