Sendmail -t help

  • Subject: Sendmail -t help

What is the correct syntax for getting sendmail -t to include a subject
in the email?? I can get it to send but haven't quite figured out the
Subject part. The dictionary states:

send email: Send an email message via SMTP. Equivilent to sendmail -t
(defined in: sendmail -t OSAX)
send email string -- The email message, which should contain all
necessary headers. Will add From (nobody) and date headers if don9t exist.
[to string] -- The rcpt of the message (if not specified, taken
from the message)
[from string] -- Who the message is from. If not specified, taken
from message.
via string -- What mailhost to send the message through
Result: boolean -- If the message was successfully sent or not.
