Since nothing else seems to be working, I will throw out this. If you are
running Font Reserve and have the "Font Sense" option turned on in the Quark
Font Reserve Xtension, it can cause errors with saving documents into the
same filename. Turning off Font Sense will fix this condition. (I have not
verified that this error occurs in Quark 4.11, but it does in Quark 3.32 -
we are a little behind on our updates.)
