I'm looking for a way to clean up text files, from form submissions on the

I'd like to be able to reformat this stuff, either into a spreadsheet or

If you're going to clean-up several text files, then you should try
downloading "Tex-Edit Plus" or "Style".
Both are simple-powerful-scriptable-recordable (like Finder) text editors.
They acomplishes hundreds of script examples.
It's syntax is so easy and... You can record.
