Problems using Tanaka's osax

On a new HD, I have install MacOS 9.1 (French) and these (not Apple) Osax :

AppleScript Formatting
Dialog Director
Jon9s Commands
Resource Utilities
Satimage
Sort
Tanaka's osax 2.0

The problem : Tanaka's osax do not work.
Neither in old nor new scripts.
I have test it in several script editors.
It wil not work and not compil.

What can be the problem ?
