Sorry if this is a repost. I don't think my first one got through.

Would this work for you?
tell application "Microsoft Entourage"
set newtact to make new contact
set name of newtact to "My New Contact"
set address of newtact to "email@hidden"
end tell
What I don't like about Entourage (and maybe it's just me), but I can send a
message by editing a list of properties of a new message (Subject, To,
Headers, Category) but I can't do that for all classes. I know a contact
has categories, names, addresses, but I can never list them or change them
through properties of, which is how I'd like. I almost have to memorize
what I can change about the contact, instead of getting a record to change.
If you understood the last paragraph, kudos to you!
