That's all we can ask. If you want to "cut your teeth" (American idiom for
practice) by creating a PPC native version for MacOS 8/9, that would be
welcomed with glee, joy, thanks and praise (and a PayPal tip, if desired)!

The reason this is so important to me is that your osax, and those 4 commands
specifically, are at the core of a (0 Applescript) shopping cart/database
system which has generated (and hopefully will continue to generate) a
significant portion of my income. Without Tanaka's osax, I may go very
hungry. And as critical as those commands are, I have fine tuned the rest of
the code to the point where those commands are the primary speed bottlenecks,
so PPC is eagerly desired.

Thanks! I actually had to write a "prepack" handler to replace blanks with
hyphens. It will be great to get that out of the code.
