  • Thread-topic: Running Script from CD

I have a script that I need to run from a CD, but I cannot figure out
everything I need in the system. It doesn't recognize many of the
commands that are in the script... such as "display dialog" which it
changes to "<<event sysodlog>>". I have the AppleScript extension, the
proper scripting additions, etc... Does anybody have any ideas on what I
need to have installed on the CD? I have tried it with 9.1 and 8.6 (I
need the script to run on a wide variety of machines, so I need it to
work on both of these OSs.

Thanks for any help,
