I tried this first ( I'm a sucker for the easy way. )
And it appears to me that the OS is too smart for this.
Although the Desktop Folder appears in the volume when it is remotely
mounted, the contextual menu doesn't offer the attach folder action option.
Nor for aliases of the DT folder.
