Getting FMPro celld ata

I have a cell, "email" in A FileMaker Pro 5.0 Database, "Contacts.FP5"

I need to extract the data in "email", and set that value to the email
address field in MicroSoft Entourage.

Can anyone help. None of the FMPro examples help in getting the data.
