That might depend on whether you know the exact name of the invisible file
you're looking for. It might actually be useful to find every invisible
desktop file (I didn't appear to have any at all, when I first checked).

It's just as easy to find the one you're looking for, then select the others
(if any) and make them invisible again, with similar code.


ResEdit gives you the standard file dialog showing every file and folder, visible or not, wherever you choose to navigate. You don't need to know the name.
