It is like they send them out in bursts.
I don't think it is their sending of messages. I think it is when they get logged in or whatever the process is. I'm basing this on looking at the send times on my messages versus the time they are marked with in the web archive.
I've been meaning to try sending with a single email address in the "To" field, and sending with multiple addresses in there. That may have been a factor for me recently, but I need to test it. I just want to do it in a way that won't annoy anyone.
