Not sure when "Delay" made it into the lexicon -- MacOS 8.6 or 9.0?

The integer represents seconds.

For more sophisticated means of delaying a script, take a look at Eric Allen Grant's Sleep Commands osax.

Should be able to find it on "http://www.osaxen.com";
