Just received this from Apple's Developer Support:
"This is a known issue that is currently being investigated. The
following comments were made by an engineer that has been
investigating your issue:
"We now have a reproducible case and are working on a fix ASAP. A
workaround is to remove the Dialects folder from the Scripting
Additions folder inside of the System folder."
