My first suggestion would be to take advantage of the fact that Fetch is
recordable: push the "Record" button in your script editor, and then carry
out the tasks you're interested in manually, and Fetch will record a script
that should serve as a good starting point.

My second suggestion would be to upgrade to Fetch 4.0, and check out the
example scripts that come with it.
