Yes...the problem is the /. Encode it as or (one of those is
right...either likely works).
Or get the user name changed. ;-)
Other problems could lurk in the password (we finally wised up and stopped
issuing passwords with characters which must be encoded in URLs, including
/ and space and $ and % and & and some others).
