You can use Stuffit Deluxe or the Stuffit OSAX with Dropstuff (I think) or you can use Apple's free DiskCopy app. Just have a look at the dictionaries for more info.

p.s. Stuffit archives will be about 1/2 the size of DiskCopy images.
