AppleScript is a language for inter-application communication. So, you
should tell what e-mailer you intend to use.

Now, if you do not have a prefered mailer yet, you just have to choose an
e-mailer which is sufficiently scriptable: most of them (Eudora, Outlook
Express, Claris Emailer) are, I think.

When you have chosen an e-mailer, open its dictionary to find out how to
retrieve the texts of the mails.
