Sorry, this was a stupid and roundabout way to go about it. You can just
<Run AppleScript> as the action of a Rule, and forget the clunky schedule.
You'd write the script to just making the contact and email address. But I
guess you're trying to save your grandfather the trouble of setting up a
Rule. Still, it's pretty easy to set up the rule that will Add Sender, just
following few very simple directions.
