Activate AppleTalk

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to turn AppleTalk on from AppleScript. This
needs to happen on OS 9.1 and OS 8.6. I know how to test whether it is
already on or not, but not how to activate it if it is inactive.

I've looked in the archives and haven't found exactly what I need and I've
tried various syntax combos with "Network Setup Scripting", but I just can't
figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
