Has anyone else noticed a bug with itunes in that on every launch, the user
agreement comes up?

If the itunes engineers hard coded the string, "system folder" as a
requirement in the path that contains the preferences folder, I'm gonna be
pissed.

Hard coded pathnames are BAD.
