Look at <http://www.applemods.com/> and see my qSort mod. Although it's _not_ what you need, if you can wait for one day or two, I will be posting a new version that works on two-dimensional lists. As it is a mod, it doesn't require any osax.

PS.: if you are _really_ in a hurry, I can send you privately the finished yet untested version of this mod.
